What we can help with
- Factual corrections — inaccurate rates, thresholds, legislation references, indexation history.
- Calculator logic issues — edge cases where the result seems wrong. Please include the inputs you used.
- Broken links or pages — anything that 404s, renders incorrectly on your device, or fails accessibility expectations.
- Content suggestions — scenarios or FAQs you wish we covered.
- Data partnerships — if you run an Australian finance publication and would like to cite our tables.
What we cannot help with
- Personal tax or financial advice. We are not tax agents or financial advisers. For your actual tax situation, consult a TPB-registered tax agent.
- HECS balance lookups. Your balance is only accessible via myGov → ATO; we have no access to individual accounts.
- ATO disputes or release-from-debt applications. These must be lodged directly with the ATO.
Response time
We reply to most messages within 3–5 business days. Privacy requests are actioned within 30 days as required under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
